1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Opened or used items for hygiene-related products (e.g., bathroom accessories, faucets, etc.).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us via email at support@tionnaboost.store with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Once approved, you are responsible for safely packaging the item to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In the case of defective or wrong items, Tionna Boost will cover the return shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may be sent back to you at your expense without a refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.
